The only reason I’ll go downtown is for Alex to service my rings annually. And this time I waited too long, damaged an antique ring, and he reconstructed the entire thing. Now it looks exactly the same as the antique but is less fragile. I’ve been to other jewelers and they’re just not as good.

Good price, quality work. I asked for my ring to be sized up and can't tell there was any work done at all, despite it having an intricate hammering pattern. Alex helped us and was kind and knowledgeable. Turnaround time was quick as well, highly recommend.

A friend recommended Medallion while I was searching for a jeweler to make a custom engagement ring & wedding bands using stones from another ring. Alex was very easy to work with and the results were fantastic. I thought the pricing was reasonable as well. I will certainly be returning, and I have already recommended this place to others.

I recently brought my Geneve watch to Medallion Jewelers for repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the results! This watch had been poorly repaired over 10 years ago, and I hadn't been able to wear it since. Deciding to give it one last try, I brought it to Medallion Jewelers, and I'm so glad I did. They not only repaired the watch but also cleaned it so thoroughly that it looks even better than when I first received. I'm thrilled to finally be able to wear my watch, thanks to their expert craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

Medallion Jewellers fixed and refurbished my great grandmothers 100 year old diamond ring that is my fiancés engagement ring. They did an amazing job, ring looks brand new and I know it must have been tricky given the age and fragility. The work was completed on schedule and under budget, and the team was very nice in all my interactions with them in store! Highly recommend if you have vintage jewelry that needs some TLC

We’ve had nothing but great experiences at Medallion. Alex is super knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of the buying process and any care needed afterwards. My husband got my engagement ring here, and we later purchased our wedding bands. I recently needed a repair, which was done quickly, and my ring looks brand new!
